How does costume hire work?

Go to the BOOK ONLINE Tab,  select your hire dates, choose your costume, and book online. You can collect your costume from us at a time that is convenient.  Once your event is over, simply return the costume within 5 days.

How long is the hire period?

Our standard hire period is  5 days, depending on the costume and booking time. Extended hire periods may also be available upon request.

Question 3

Do I need to pay a bond or security deposit?

Our premium or specialty costumes require a refundable security bond. Any bond requirements will be explained during the booking process.

What sizes do you stock?

We stock a wide range of adult and children’s sizes. If you are unsure about sizing, our team can help recommend the best fit.

Do costumes come with accessories?

Accepted Answer

Many costumes include basic accessories shown in the display images. Additional items such as wigs,  and props may be available separately.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons such as Halloween, Book Week, and themed party periods.

Can I reserve a costume online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can enquire about or reserve selected costumes online. Simply head to our BOOK ONLINE tab to complete your booking. Availability is confirmed once your booking and payment have been processed.

What happens if I return the costume late?

Late returns may incur additional hire fees, as overdue items can affect other customer bookings. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require extra time.

What if the costume gets damaged?

Normal wear is expected. However, significant damage, loss, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in repair or replacement charges or the loss of your deposit.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, subject to our cancellation policy. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change dates or swap costumes.

Do you offer group or themed event packages?

Yes. We can assist with group bookings for schools, theatre productions, parties, and corporate events.

Do I need to clean the costume before returning it?

Accepted Answer

No. Standard cleaning is included in the hire fee. Please do not wash costumes at home unless specifically instructed.

Do you sell costumes as well as hire them?

Selected costumes and accessories may also be available for purchase. Please ask our team for current stock availability.
